About Delivery:
Please note: Our products have a manufacturing lead time of 10-14 working days.
Your purchase will be shipped to you once the lead time for manufacturing has been completed. This will be from Monday to Friday. You can calculate shipping costs during the checkout process (please insert your preferred delivery method and address into the shipping calculator during checkout). We deliver all over South Africa, our delivery costs are listed below. Extra large items may carry an additional charge. Once your parcel has left our premises, it is no longer our responsibility. Please feel free to contact us for the tracking number, but following up with the courier and delivery itself will be your responsibility. We use couriers that have an online tracking tool for ease of use.
Delivery Methods:
Door to Door Courier: Parcels shipped using the courier option are delivered in 2-3 working days. Please provide a street address as well as a daytime contactable telephone number. A tracking number will be sent to you via email. Deliveries take place on weekdays.
If, when putting in your address, the shipping calculator is unable to give you a shipping cost, please email us and we will gladly assist.
•PLEASE ENSURE THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE IS AVAILABLE FOR COURIER DELIVERIES DURING WORKING HOURS.
We DO NOT deliver via Post Net. If you have inserted the delivery address as Post Net, we will assume you work there. If you do not work there and still put a Post Net address down, the courier company will hold onto your parcel, delaying your order until you contact them and make an alternate address arrangement. This will be your responsibility once the parcel has been shipped.
Local Pick up: You are welcome to collect your order when it is ready in Bloubergstrand by arrangement. Please email us at info@polkadotbox.co.za to arrange a day or time suitable (weekdays only). We are often out at supplier meetings, so the available pick up times will vary – if you select pick up, please ensure you are flexible in your available times.
